Dave Auffarth has been in the service industry all of his working life. He worked in the hospitality industry doing Sales and Marketing for such industry giants as Marriott International and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.
After relocating to Chicago in 1993, Dave started investing in Chicago real estate. His interest in the market transformed into an incredible real estate career. Within a few months of starting his career in residential brokerage, Dave realized how his experience in the service industry made his career in real estate a perfect fit. Since teaming up with his business partner, Manoj Mukkada, and forming MyCityHome Group, they have become leaders in the Chicago real estate market.
MANOJ MUKKADA
Manoj Mukkada has worked in a variety of service-oriented fields starting with the four years he spent in the United States Marines Corp. After completing his service, he studied corporate fitness at University of Illinois in Chicago and worked as a personal trainer for a number of years. While working in a physical fitness boot camp program, he was approached by an owner of American Invesco to do real estate sales. Manoj accepted his offer and within 6 months became one of the top sales people.
With his success at the development company, Manoj realized that he had a passion for real estate and it allowed him to work with people and be a part of a service-oriented profession. Manoj met business partner David Auffarth at Invesco and formed a partnership. Their combined service background, personal commitment and attention, and advanced use of technology and marketing have made them one of the top real estate teams in Chicago.
LISA MANCINI
Lisa is a lifelong resident of the Chicago land area and has a working knowledge of Chicago. After working for many years as a leasing agent for another real estate company Lisa started her career with the MyCityHome Group as a buyer's agent.
Lisa learned that buying a home can be a complex and stressful process. Her positive attitude, sense of humor and non-stop work ethic will make your home purchase a positive experience. SARAH RAYSKI
Sarah is a full time buyers specialist who understands the necessity of providing the highest level of service.Before joining My City Home Group, she was a high school math teacher.Teaching has helped her develop into a real estate professional who believes that truly understanding a buyers wants and needs is crucial to finding their dream home.She also believes in educating her clients on the home buying process to help ensure a satisfying and smooth transition.
Having moved seven times as a child, Sarah quickly realized her own love of house hunting.Helping someone find the home where they will grow and create memories is a privilege that Sarah takes seriously.She is committed to helping buyers on their journey to one of the most important purchases of their life.
EDWARD TERRY
Edward is a full-time real estate professional who has a clear understanding of the market and is dedicated to providing the highest service for his clients. Before starting his career with MycityHome Group, he worked as a songwriter for Sony Nashville. After buying his first home in Chicago, Ed became good friends with fellow Keller Williams agent Marty Phelan. He went on to get his license and joined Keller Williams.
Edward is now working as a buyer's agent with Dave and Manoj and the MyCityHome Group. He believes that it is the little things like accountability, availability, prompt reply, and consistent follow through that have the greatest impact when helping clients purchase a home.
JENNIFER KOPEC
Jennifer Kopec offers MyCityHome Group a diverse set of skills and talents. Before joining Dave and Manojs team, she gained a wealth of legal and real estate knowledge and experience working for attorneys and brokers in the real estate industry. She has handled everything from contract and lease administration to closings and foreclosures of real estate transactions. Serving as Contract Administrator for MyCityHome Group, she works closely with clients, agents, attorneys, property management companies, and lenders to make sure that every aspect of each transaction goes smoothly.
DAN GOEBEL
Dan Goebel is the team's Marketing Manager handling everything from web design, graphic design, systems development and the marketing of MyCityHome's properties and services. Prior to working with the MyCityHome Group, Dan was a freelance graphic designer, web designer and developer, and mulit-media producer with such clients as Subaru, Lego, General Motors and ConAgra Foods.
